Ekiti state or Bayelsa state, who truly owns the photo?

Earlier today governor of Ekiti state Ayodele Fayose claimed the protesters on the above photo are youths for his state protesting against the president, but Sahara reporters made a contrary comment, stating that the event took place in Bayelsa state.
