Crisis looms in Ibeno local government as the relationship between Exxon Mobil , other serving companies and their primary host community( Ibeno ) seems to be broken down. This is evident on the incessant road blocks experienced in the area, however,  High Chief Williams Henry Mkpah, the chairman Transition Committee, Ibeno advised the youths of Ibeno to stay away from road and allow Government to negotiate with ExxonMobil and other serving companies on employment strategy.
