The Governor's Aide who is also an Ambassador to HarvestPlus Africa, an international organization that supports Agriculture in Africa by giving seedlings to farmers identified farmers in the Church and shared the Special Casava stem to them.
Hon Armstrong told the farmers that The Vitamin A Cassava is medicinal and very good for human consumption, he took time to educate the farmers on the way the cassava should be planted.
The members including choristers were very excited as they collect their packs of yellow cassava stem while thanking His Excellency the Governor for the enabling environment for agriculture to thrive in the state.
The hard working and award winning Governor's aide projects monitoring 2016 thanked the church and her leadership for allowing the exercise to be carried out successfully in their church and promised to visit other churches to spread the vitamin A cassava stem, while urging them to continue to support Governor Udom Emmanuel's administration for a successful agricultural revolution and food sufficiency in the state
