Middlesbrough complete signing of Barcelona legend Victor Valdes; Medical tomorrow [Guillem Balague]

Having flopped at Manchester United, legendary Barcelona keeper Victor Valdes looks set to sign for Middlesbrough according to reports.
The 34-year-old stopper was recently released by the Red Devils after making only two Premier League appearances since signing under Louis van Gaal in 2014.
Victor Valdes joined Standard Liege on loan in 2016 and will hope to get his career back on track at newly promoted Premier League club Middlesbrough.According to Spanish journalist Guillem Balague, Victor Valdes will have a medical at Teeside tomorrow after agreeing terms with Boro.

Reports from ESPN suggested Middlesbrough held talks with Fenerbahce’s 32-year-old striker Robin van Persie earlier today.
The new £5Bn TV deal means every club in the top tier of English football receives huge amounts of money for just being in the Premier League.
